Whether you're a new start-up, or an existing company starting-up a new venture; we're here to help ensure that you've got a world-class resources on your team.

In addition to providing expertise and low-cost development under an entrepreneurial arrangement, we'll get you in contact with others who can help your business succeed. Whether it's marketing, operational, legal, or technical advisory; there are many great people who are willing to help.

We'll help you get from: "I have an idea for a website where I'll make money on (advertising, e-commerce [hardgoods, subscriptions/memberships, downloads, services, etc])"; to generating revenue from a platform that can scale to fit the model you've put together.

While the barriers to entry are low on a web-based business, success is difficult to attain. It takes more than a good idea to make a successful business. That's why we've created the start-up program.

Any business with a desire to succeed and a need for web-software.

What's offered:
Low cost web development with an entrepreneurial arrangement and long-term mutual benefit.

What's the cost:
We generally try to structure an arrangement where you'll cover the development resource costs of the software. In return, we put together an revenue sharing arrangement where we'll both benefit by the success of the project. To reduce your risk of high costs, we offer a buy-out arrangement, where you can buy-out our ability to participate in future revenue sharing or equity positions.

What if we can't afford the up-front costs?
We can help. You'll definitely need to come to the table with something, whether it's $500 or $5000, to show your commitment to the project. From there, you can apply for some seed capital from Nerdy Dragon Ventures. Here, investors will review your application and then decide to fund, or not to fund the project.
